Computer Trouble HELP????
Ok so my mom decided to give this software specialist or something my computer and he totally cleaned it up like everything is not making sence and he made and admin account that unfortunately control everything.
Now the problem arises i cant simply download download a file for my school reports etc and neither can i visit and websites because most of them are blocked by the program ZONE ALARM SECURity Suite and my computer itself is controlled by LogMeIn
Ok now the problem is my mom wants me to fix the computer back to normal and the guy who cleansed it on my mom request and put parental locks is out of the country and no means of communication
How do i overide his password or bypass the program so i can get in his admin account and download programs i need for school

Does ANYONE understand Financial Aid enough to help me?
Hello all….. I’m new to college and I’m having a hard time understanding my Financial Aid package. I’ve tried asking my F.A. Adviser but can never seem to get a straight answer. I was originally told I would get back a little over $2,000…then he said well first they’ll take out your outstanding balance which was a little over $1,000, then I asked about a software voucher that other students told me about and he said it would lower what I get by a little over $300. So I of course said go ahead and give me the voucher because I need the software whether I pay when I receive the money or have it taken out. So the other day I was checking my account on school’s website and noticed I was only getting back $516 and change. So I called my FA adviser to ask him to explain and still continued to get the run around. Below is what I see when I look on my account in my school’s website, if you understand these figures can you please explain them to me? THANK YOU!!
